Pat Simmons was excellent as usual and thanks to him for keeping Outlander In Concert together for so long. The Doobies blew me away just like they did when I didn't even know who they were when I saw them for the first time on the Midnight Special in the early 70's. To see Tom Johnston and Pat Simmons out in front from the original lineup was special. The only thing that would have been extra special would have been to see Tiran Porter playing bass next to Tom and John Hartman and Mike Hossack on drums. I saw them many times after that at the Spectrum in Philadelphia.
